Shipping Information

All items are shipping from Bishop, CA. With in-stock confirmation, your order will be shipped within 5 business days. Upon shipping you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes and will be notified of final charges immediately as they are assessed. Final costs are determined by customs authorities at the time of import. If you are in need of special shipping instructions or a specific time frame, please contact me directly at Jaclyn@uzumaticeramics.com.

 

Local Pickup 

If you are local to Bishop,CA or are passing through you can pick-up your order at my studio. Use code ‘LOCAL’ at checkout to skip shipping cost. I will email you within 3 days to set up an appointment for you to pick up your item(s) for my studio.

Returns & Exchanges 

All sales are final. If damaged upon arrival please email Jaclyn@uzumaticeramics.com with the subject line "damage" within 2 days of receipt. Please attach a photo of the damaged item. If an order is lost or stolen please contact the shipping carrier directly with the shipping information.
