All items are shipping from Concord, CA. Depending on availability, orders ship within 3-5 weeks. With stock confirmation, your order will be shipped within 5 business days. Upon shipping you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes and will be notified of final charges in advance, immediately as they are assessed. Final costs are determined by customs authorities at the time of import. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. If damaged upon arrival please email Jaclyn@uzumaticeramics.com with the subject line "damage" within 2 days of receipt. Please attach a photo of the damaged item. If an order is lost or stolen please contact the shipping carrier directly with the shipping information.
